Dolphin Flatpak build won't run, error message looks related to Discord integration.
Discord is not present on the system.
$ flatpak run org.DolphinEmu.dolphin-emu
bwrap: Can't bind mount /oldroot/run/user/1000/discord-ipc-0 on /newroot/run/user/1000/discord-ipc-0: Unable to mount source on destination: No such file or directory
The last Flathub version (2512) runs fine.

I can't reproduce this on Arch Linux.

- Update: Flathub build updated to 2603, still launches successfully
- flatpak.dolphin-emu.org (Development) updated to 2603-65, now works as well
