As of right now, mGBA does not support RetroAchievements. However, in light of the fact Game Boy Player support has now been added, I think it would only be fitting if - since we already have RA support for GC/Wii games - Dolphin were to also integrate RA support for GB/GBC/GBA after the mGBA devs add it to their emulator.
