What's the problem? Describe what went wrong.
The "FILE SELECT" banner renders incorrectly in Vulkan.
"OpenGL" with Fast Depth Calculation turned off works correctly.
"Software Renderer" works correctly.
What steps will reproduce the problem?
View the attached FIFO log with the Vulkan and "Native" Internal Resolution.
