What's the problem? Describe what went wrong.
The PC versions of dolphin allows the user to set custom RTC between 2000 and 2099 (The range of the gamecube and a few wii titles like super mario galaxy) but the android version allows the users to set custom RTC only between 2000 and 2035 (The standard wii range)
What steps will reproduce the problem?
- Open dolphin on PC
- go to settings -> Advanced -> Custom RTC and set to on
- You can set the date between 01/01/2000 and 31/12/2099
- Open dolphin on android
- go to settings -> general settings -> advanced -> custom RTC and set to on
- You can set the date between 01/01/2000 and 31/12/2035

Yes, 2603-412 (i've tested the android version only with 2603a but there wasn't any commit related to this)
