What's the problem? Describe what went wrong.

This issue isn't exclusive to mkwii but it was one of the first games I tested. Rumble doesn't seem to work at all on this phone in Dolphin. I do have it configured in options to Android device sensors motor 0 but still nothing happens.

What steps will reproduce the problem?

Try playing any game on the Poco X8 Pro Max

Is the issue present in the latest development version? For future reference, please also write down the version number of the latest development version.

Yes, 2606-5

Is the issue present in the latest release? For future reference, please also write down the version number of the latest release.

Yes, 2606 from Google play

If the issue isn't present in the latest release, which is the first broken version? (You can find the first broken version by bisecting. Windows users can use the tool https://forums.dolphin-emu.org/Thread-green-notice-development-thread-unofficial-dolphin-bisection-tool-for-finding-broken-builds and anyone who is building Dolphin on their own can use git bisect.)

[First broken version number here (if applicable)]

If your issue is a graphical issue, please attach screenshots and record a three frame fifolog of the issue if possible. Screenshots showing what it is supposed to look like from either console or older builds of Dolphin will help too. For more information on how to use the fifoplayer, please check here: https://wiki.dolphin-emu.org/index.php?title=FifoPlayer

[Attach any fifologs if possible, write a description of fifologs and screenshots here to assist people unfamiliar with the game.]

What are your PC specifications? (CPU, GPU, Operating System, more)

CPU/GPU Dimensity 9500s
OS Android 16 HyperOS 3.0.301.0
Is there anything else that can help developers narrow down the issue? (e.g. logs, screenshots,
configuration files, savefiles, savestates)

All other configuration is default, only thing that has been changed is graphics settings which shouldn't affect rumble

Please test if turning on "Touch feedback" in Android's settings resolves the problem. If not, please try this pull request build: https://dl.dolphin-emu.org/prs/85/49/pr-14699-dolphin-latest.apk

Turning on haptic feedback in android settings seems to fix the problem entirely, even on 2606. Strange that it needs to be on for vibration to work at all but i'm glad it's fixed. Thank you.
