What's the problem? Describe what went wrong.

setting the light windows theme (this bug is not in the fusion theme) in dolphin while the system has the dark theme now set dolphin to a dark theme different from both fusion and the normal windows dark theme.
Also in the normal windows dark theme there is a weird rounding when hovering with the mouse over the vertical bar

What steps will reproduce the problem?

1. open dolphin
2. go to config -> interface and set the theme to light
3. open the windows settings app and set the theme to dark
4. now dolphin is dark, but with a theme different both from fusion and from the default dark theme
