Problem

Proposed Solution
Please add an optional "Group Multi-Disc Games" setting that groups all discs of the same game into a single Game List entry while preserving Dolphin's existing disc-swapping functionality.

When enabled:
Only one entry (typically Disc 1) would be shown in the Game List.
The remaining discs would be associated with that entry.
When the game requests a disc change, Dolphin could automatically use the linked disc or continue using the existing Change Disc functionality.

Benefits:
A cleaner and more organized Game List.
Better browsing experience for users with large game libraries.
Eliminates duplicate entries for multi-disc games.
No need to move secondary discs into separate folders just to keep the Game List clean.
Improves library management without affecting emulation accuracy or compatibility.

Additional Notes

This request is purely a quality-of-life improvement for the Game List. It does not change how multi-disc games are emulated or how disc swapping currently works.

I searched the Dolphin issue tracker before submitting this request. I found issue #5799, but that issue addressed labeling and sorting multiple discs correctly. This request is different: it proposes an optional feature to group all discs of the same game into a single Game List entry for a cleaner and more organized library.
