What's the problem? Describe what went wrong.

Rayman Raving Rabbids TV Party does not start and hangs at a black screen. The strap warning also does not show.
It doesn't matter if I use D3D, OpenGL or Vulkan. I need to force stop to get back to the game list.

The USA version works fine.
