Pinning dolphin emulator on Linux duplicates the app, Trying to pin it while the app is open doesn't work

What's the problem? Describe what went wrong.
When you pin dolphin to the taskbar and open it, it does not use the same placement, It instead shows up twice instead of one. It also will not let you pin it when you right click on the app and try pinning. Any other flatpak application doesn't have this issue.
What steps will reproduce the problem?
Pin dolphin to your taskbar, try to open it and it duplicates another app instead

This is with the latest Flatpak on the website, Not the unofficial flathub app. Also, I'm not running windows 7, it's just a theme. My friend on another distro running KDE has the same dolphin issue.
