During a fight action, the top and bottom huds show a broken and show a magenta line (usually for transparency)
What steps will reproduce the problem?
Load into the game, go to offline, free battle, make your character if you don't have one, and go to the counter to load a match. Once you to an attack command, or be attacked, you'll see the error of the hud not displaying properly.

In the files added, the first picture is how it currently looks in Dolphin, with the incorrect transparent texture, the second image is how it's supposed to look on console.

The Google Drive link includes a save state up to where the battle takes place, and includes a FIFO of three frames, since there is a 5MB limit for files here.
