What is the expected output? What do you see instead?

1. The screen blacks out short after the Namco logo and stays this way
   until I press Start to go to the main menu.
2. The game randomly crashes for no apparent reasons.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
Orleans' DolphinIL R4246 build, in Windows Vista Home Premium SP2.

Please provide any additional information below.

1. This black screen bug also occurs with Rockman EXE Transmission NTSC-J,
   but without reverting back to normal.
2. I got this piece of data from Windows Vista's Problem Reports and
   "Solutions". Hope it helps.
