Is the issue present in the latest development version? For future reference, please also write down the version number of the latest development version.
[Yes, Development 2606-368]
Is the issue present in the latest release? For future reference, please also write down the version number of the latest release.
[No, stable release runs my files just fine. 2606a]
If the issue isn't present in the latest release, which is the first broken version? (You can find the first broken version by bisecting. Windows users can use the tool https://forums.dolphin-emu.org/Thread-green-notice-development-thread-unofficial-dolphin-bisection-tool-for-finding-broken-builds and anyone who is building Dolphin on their own can use git bisect.)
[First broken version is 2606-352]
If your issue is a graphical issue, please attach screenshots and record a three frame fifolog of the issue if possible. Screenshots showing what it is supposed to look like from either console or older builds of Dolphin will help too. For more information on how to use the fifoplayer, please check here: https://wiki.dolphin-emu.org/index.php?title=FifoPlayer

What are your PC specifications? (CPU, GPU, Operating System, more)
[Macbook Pro 2013, Ventura 13.7.8, CPU: 2.3 GHz Dual-Core Intel Core i5, GPU: Intel Iris Plus Graphics 640 1536 MB, RAM 16GB]
Is there anything else that can help developers narrow down the issue? (e.g. logs, screenshots,
configuration files, savefiles, savestates)
[I pinpointed what version this happens at. Dev 2606-350 is flawless, the next release 2606-352 is where this occurs and fails to run any games. Please correct this when possible. Thank you very much and thank you for years of gaming.]

Just checking, do you have MEM1/MEM2 size override on? You should be able to disable it to get rid of that one.
Oatmeal mentioned that this has likely been broken for a while (at least 2 years now), and the recent change only surfaced it. There's a few fixes coming in though, stay tuned.
