What's the problem? Describe what went wrong.
On Ultra Heaven stage 2, as soon as the stage begins, the player is launched into the distance at incredible speeds, triggering a goal to occur instantly. This renders the stage unplayable. This only occurs with the "JIT Recompiler for ARM64" CPU emulation engine. Slower engines run the stage just fine, at the cost of a heavy performance hit.
What steps will reproduce the problem?
Set the CPU emulation engine to "JIT Recompiler for ARM64", then attempt to play the stage. Character choice and use of practice mode does not matter.
Is the issue present in the latest development version? For future reference, please also write down the version number of the latest development version.
Unknown. Later versions of Dolphin don't appear to be compatible with my device.

If the issue isn't present in the latest release, which is the first broken version?
The issue exists on version 2409, the latest version that is compatible with my device.
If your issue is a graphical issue, please attach screenshots and record a three frame fifolog of the issue if possible. Screenshots showing what it is supposed to look like from either console or older builds of Dolphin will help too. I tried uploading the savestate, but the webpage said it wasn't allowed due to being over 5 MB. What should I do?
Also, "rmac" is a community term for a type of glitch where the monkey is launched way off into the distance upon spawning in, which for some reason triggers a stage clear, as explained in the post body.

We normally don't accept issues that have only been confirmed to happen on Dolphin versions that are years out of date.
I'm surprised that later Dolphin versions don't work for you, as we support all M series Macs. What goes wrong when you try to use a later version of Dolphin?

The entire application used to crash whenever I attempted to change any settings or boot a game. That being said, I just tried running the latest stable release (2606a) and it actually seems to be running now. It may have just been an issue with some specific versions of Dolphin the last time I tried updating.
Regardless, I just tested the same setup in 2606a and can confirm that the bug is still present under the same conditions.

If you turn on Config > Interface > Enable Debugging UI, a new menu will show up at the top of the screen called JIT. First try if enabling "JIT Off (JIT Core)" avoids the issue, then try the different options below it and see if any of them avoid the issue.

"JIT Off (JIT Core)" fixes the issue but makes the performance terrible.
"JIT FloatingPoint Off" fixes the issue as well, with less of a hit to performance (causes FF to max out at around 200fps instead of 300fps, and makes lag spikes a little more likely).
None of the other options help.
Also, I don't know if this is relevant, but on console this stage (UH2) had a glitch where if you were standing on the tip of one of the moving red triangles at certain points in the animation, it could launch you into the distance (I remember this happened to me once as a kid, and I believe there's a YouTube video showing it as well). But that launch wouldn't trigger a stage clear, and worked more like the Dizzy System launch glitch from SMB2.
