What's the problem? Describe what went wrong.

Netplay on Android can not connect to devices on the local network. I think this is because as of Android 17, local network connections are blocked behind the nearby devices permission

What steps will reproduce the problem?

On a separate device (Windows in my case) on the same network host a netplay session. Try to join that session from the Android. It will instantly show "Could not communicate with the host."
When entering any local ip on Android it instantly errors. It doesn't even take time to load.
