Description

What steps will reproduce the problem?

  1. Play any Wii or GC game and set the resolution to something large. I
    used 1680x1050.
  2. Play either windowed or fullscreen

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
It appears to be rendering the game to 640x480, and then stretching that to
fill the screen, the pixelation is quite noticable.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
64bit Dolphin on Windows (duh) 7. I'm confirming this on r4276, but others
are reporting it as late as r4286

Please provide any additional information below.
This behavior is exactly the same as the OpenGL plugin when running in
"Native" rendering mode. Seems like a simple mis-implementation of a copied
feature or option check somewhere? I'm pretty sure the DirextX plugin was
rendering in the correct resolution before, and I do mean after it was
picked up again recently.

This is a detailed repeat of the error reported in r4286.

what does your d9x.ini list for resolution, and does it remember the setting in the
config window?
