Description

What steps will reproduce the problem?

  1. Chose the Frame Skipping Number after Opening Dolphin
  2. Close Dolphin
  3. Open Dolphin once again and you will find frame skipping set to 0

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
I am not sure if its a bug but its expected to see the same number of
frames chosen as the same number of Frames Skipping number I chosed last
time i closed dolphin.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
Dolphin Version 4314

sorry if I am asking for a little thing like this lol
their is no need for this to be fixed any ways but it gets annoying where you have
to re-pick the frame rate each time you open.

I wish this were a saved option as well, as a frameskip of 1 works very well for pretty much most games. Don't need a GUI option, just something that is read from the ini file would be great.
