Description

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1.Selecting D3D9 plugin
2.Playing Metroid Prime 2 and using the Scan Visor

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
Like it says, Scannable objects illuminate when viewed using
the scan visor, so you can scan them. But, instead, they don't
illuminate, so, you can't scan them and can't advance in the game,
since the scan visor is a vital function. Also, everything is all
blue, and you can't see anything besides what's in the
little window of the scan visor

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
R4314, Windows x86, but the problem exists in all revs

Please provide any additional information below.
Yeah, I've enabled EFB to Ram. But it seens it's not as complete
as the OpenGL one

EFB Reads have not been implemented, when they do get implemented, this will be fixed.
