What steps will reproduce the problem?

1. Use D3D plugin
2. Try to change the window resolution to 1920x1200 (or something else "non-standard")

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
Selection options similar to the full screen list, but only what appears to
be a set number of common standard options (640x480, 800x600, etc, up to
1600x1200)

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
Latest rev. (r4388), Vista x64.

Please provide any additional information below.
I prefer using windowed mode as I have 2x monitors - and like having
options, etc open on the other side without having to "exit" full screen
all the time.
I think the windowed option list should be the same as the one generated
from the the full screen options.
