Description
What steps will reproduce the problem?
- Load the game with latest revisions.
- Use either D3D or OpenGL video plugins.
What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
It is expected a non-black output. Instead, it's only a black screen with
sound playing in the background.
What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
Last tested with 4418 64bits.
Using Windows7 x64 (7100)
Please provide any additional information below.
Software plugin doesn't have the issue. And it doesn't happen with rev2195,
but it does with 3661 and on.

Yes, it works correctly with the Software plugin as mentioned.

Yes, SW plugin renders the main menu, but it crashes with unknown opcode when I
start the tutorial.
Actually there is a way to show the menu in OGL: Select ZTP hack in ISO properties,
then start the game. But for some strange reason the menu does not show if selecting
ZTP hack in OGL plugin configuration before or after starting the game. It only
seems to works by selecting the hack via ISO properties.
Once you are in the menu with OGL and ZTP hack you can start a game. But you will
notice that all fire/spell/... effects are missing. Turning off the hack brings back
the effects, but hides your HUD. With the attached hack both the effects and the HUD
should be visible.

As of revision 4494, this appears to be fixed.
Safe Texture Cache seems to be needed to watch the intro Bink Video.
The loading screen is black but effect is seen.
Didn't play enough to test spell effects.
