Description

What steps will reproduce the problem?

  1. Play Mario Kart DD, with both OGL and D3D.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
Same output from both renderers. Instead D3D is missing some shaders, or so
it seems. Screenshots below.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
r4490 x64, Vista x64, ATI HD4870.

Yeah, nothing to do with AA ;)

This issue has been present since D3D became operational, I just didn't report it
until now :P

Just use OpenGL, works fine for playing, but the drawing map you cant see what you
need to draw on though. But works great with AA16, with sonic and the black knight hack.

How's that relevant? I already know it works fine with OGL, hence the issue :/

It happens on New Super Mario Bros as well. I took a few screenshots to compare. See
this: http://treeki.shacknet.nu/screenshots/othergames/dxvsgl.png (Left is D3D,
right is OGL)

Me too!

That would be a biggie for D3D and at that point I would almost consider them equal!
Though I might reserve that for when the mouse cursor can finally be hidden in
D3D. :P
