Using the Dx plugin...
Windowed= ESC and ALT+Enter do nothing to the rendered window.
Fullscreen- ESC close entire emu and ALT+Enter does nothing.
This occuring in 4572 and a few back as well. A few before that it was
crashing. 4530 and before it was fin. Opengl seems fine still.

Yeah, confirmed. With OGL plugin work fine but with d3d plugin not really...
