Description

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1.Load the wii menu using the option in the "Tools" Menu..
2.Try to move the pointer... First it wont move, but after a second it
vanishes (as if it is being disconnected).

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?

I expect to see a Wii system menu with a working pointer.
Instted i see a wii system menu with a non-working pointer for a second,
then i see a wii system menu without a pointer..

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
Im using release 4609 x64 and i am using Windows Vista x64

Please provide any additional information below.
I have only tried with emulated wii-mote.
The wii-mote works as it should in game, but not in the system menu...

Hey devs any chance that this and the nunchuck problem is going to be fixed soon as
its quite hard to test updates and fixes with certain games if they need the
nunchuck, the only way to at the mo is with the keyboard/mouse combo which is a bit
of a struggle to do if your like me and suffer with painfull joints in your hands.
(yeh i'm getting old, leave me alone. lol). if ya fix it i'll buy you and orange for
christmas. ;p

Honestly I don't get what you were talking about at all.

Load what? There is nothing related to "Load" in "Tools" Menu.

Maybe a snapshot could be useful for better illustration.

what he means is if you install the wii fs into the user/wii folder then an extra
option in the tools menu shows up under Start Netplay which is Load Wii Menu, which
then boots into the wii os so you can check the saves/settings etc. you need to use
the wiimote to access the options but because the pointers not working you cant do
anything. http://img31.imageshack.us/img31/3369/000000001.png
