Description

This would enable people to compile using the free VS 2008 Express, which
of course would be a good thing.

I am not going to remove the WTL stuff from the DSP LLE plugin. If somone really
works on this project i will think about it. So long remove the DSP LLE project if
you want to compile with Express.
