Screenshots are blank when taken fullscreen using dx plugin

What steps will reproduce the problem?
- Use DX Plugin and tick fullscreen
- Take a screenshot with F9
What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
Obviously the expected output would be a screenshot, instead an blank png
image is created, screenshots work windowed on dx, and work full/windowed
on opengl plugin
What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
r4643
CPU: Intel Core i7 920 @ 2.67GHz
RAM: 6GB OCZ DDR3 PC3-12800 Platinum Low-Voltage Triple Channel (7-7-7-19)
Windows Version: Windows 7 Professional 64bit (Build 7600)
Mobo: Gigabyte EX58-UD3R
Graphics Cards: BFG GTX 285 OCX
Please provide any additional information below.
Resolution set to 1280x1024
Went back to r4517 which still did not work.

and when you run it in a window. f9 does not even make blank files, it does nothing
but briefly pause the game.

I am using R4922 and DX9 screenshots are capturing normally.

I get blank png files in r4966. In [WII] super paper mario(not sure it matters) The
resolution of each png is 792x485(not sure why sence my res is 640x480? possibly
borders?) but transparent with no image.
DX9
Render to window
auto aspect
640x480
efb scaled copy on
efb to texture
That's all the graphic settings nothing else selected.
