What steps will reproduce the problem?
- Launch the game and see how it hangs on a black screen
What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
Expected is to play just fine like the PAL version - sounds like from the
forums that version works correctly and is very playable these days (aside
from messed up audio).
What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
All revisions including the latest SVNs. Win 7.
Please provide any additional information below.
Hopefully, much like how NTSC SSBB just got bootable, maybe some of the
same information can help this one get bootable finally.

it last worked on svn r4729 and stopped working on svn r4730
