Rewrite DX plugin GUI to use wxwidgets to make the code a little bit more
easier to use.

Well I'm not really bothered to continue work on it.
So here is my patch file with the start of it done(May look messy since the original
code is still there)

So if anyone can finish it , that would be epic XD

tino, the link to the forum contains a patch that changes the DX Config dialog to wxwidgets. Maybe that will be helpful for you, if you want to commit it.
