What steps will reproduce the problem?
Start a game in Dx9 fullscreen mod with the option on. FPS isn't displayed.
What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
FPS is displayed in upper left corner in blue, like in windowed mode.
(Ironic since it's only in fullscreen mode it's needed)

Just tested it on r4728 (NSMB) and the FPS are showing on Fullscreen using D3D...

Strange, not for me, I tried swapping around with settings and deleting the Dx9 ini,
no luck
