Description

What steps will reproduce the problem?

  1. Open Dolphin
  2. Run Digimon World 4 (U) for Gamecube

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
Picture shake all time as at old CRT or old TV. If I made PrintScreen have
3 types of picture:

  1. All window black
  2. All window white
  3. Normal window

So, these types take turns as 1-2-3-1-2-3... (Black-White-Normal-Black-
White-...)

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
r4447 and r4701, Win XP SP3
