What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
I have this message:
"Warning
dcbtst - Not implemented
Yes No"
If I press "Yes" then this message is repeat, "No" - crash Dolphin.
What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
Dolphin r4701 and r4447, WinXP SP3, Dual Core mode

That's easy disable Use Panic hanglers, and everything will be OK
