Description

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1.When you start that have Zelda Ucode (Example : Zelda FSA), doesn't will
have a Limit Frames with "Enable Other Audio" in DSP.
2.That happen with OGL and D3D plugin, but in OGL can use "Auto" in Limit
Frames (Config), but with D3D plugin can't.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
Play Mario or Zelda games with the correct Fps.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
The last rev.

Please provide any additional information below.
It happen with r4724 (with r4723 doesn't happen)

Hey!I'm saying that "Enable Other Audio" in DSP config doesn't work!!I'm not talking
about the "Limit Frame Option" that have "Config". The issue 1625 is about "Limit
Frame" Option with D3D...but isn't about "Enable Other Audio" problem!
