Description

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1.open any game(for me SMS)
2.create a savestate(for me via hotkeys)
3.watch it freeze

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
the game will freeze with the sound looping.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
r4781 64 bit on windows 7

Please provide any additional information below.
NOT RELATED TO ABOVE:is it possible for you to make it where the user can
choose the keys use to load/save states. by the way great work dolphin
team keep it up.
