Black screen in Tales of Graces

Description
What steps will reproduce the problem?
- Choose Japanese language in wii settings
- Run the game Tales of Graces
- See what happen after screen CRIWARE
What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
I guess I should see the intro video. Instead, i get a black screen
refreshed at 100+fps. We can still see an icon when pressing HOME button.
What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
REV: 4783
CPU: Core 2 duo T6400
RAM: 4GB
GFX: ATI Mobility Radeon HD 3470
Please provide any additional information below.
The framerate keeps decreasing on this black screen (60fps after 30sec,
30fps after 1 min).

My situation is different.
I can see the intro video when game started, but I will get black screen when there
is a video in game playing without any error message. I only get the black screen and
the scene's BGM.

Exatly the same thing happens with R6543, but this should be confirmed by someone else, it may be related with my computer.

There is no black screen in the intro video. althought it is completely unplayable with the newer revision 6656(freezing after 1st battle and text bubbles not showing) got it working with r5053. tried many different specs no use, always freezing when using newest :(.
