What steps will reproduce the problem?
1.turn on dolphin
2.configure njoy input plugin
3.Change deadzone percentage to any value above 0%
What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
Deadzone should limit the sensitivity of the joy sticks,even tried 99% but
still no difference. No matter the change deadzones are inactive.
What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?

I noticed this issue instead of fied was disabled? or Is it just greyed out on my
revisions?

manually edit it using notepad, it worked for me...
just open the file in the folder of your dolphin:
\User\Config\njoy.ini
right click open with notepad, then remember to save the changes.
