What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Try to set up controls for emulated wiimote on SVN 4799

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
No controls work. Dolphin doesn't accept input from the controller on the
analog axes or from buttons. nJoy gamepad plugin works fine.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
SVN 4799 x64 on Windows 7

Please provide any additional information below.
This problem started somewhere between R4792 and 4799, because it works
fine on 4792.

This issue is random, I have it and remove my controller to have it reinstall the
drivers and then it works. It's very odd.

Yes. I have Logitech Precision without analog stick so I cann't set control buttons.
But with Logitech ChillStream or Defender Race Turbo analog axes are work.
