closedAA by default under D3D on instead of off?? (Besides that it's brocken anyways) NSMB

Description
What steps will reproduce the problem?
1.start up NSMB
2.switch between buttons @ingame
What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
Everything gets grainy for a few miliseconds and then gets back to the
normal output, which looks kinda blury/pseudo-antialiased compared to the
grainy one, implying that AA might be on by default instead of off.
just my 2 cents
What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
r4810x64 geforce9700M Core2Duo, 4GB Ram, Win7x64

That's not AA at all, it's just texture filtering vs lack of it.

AA is just off for the time being in D3D.
