What steps will reproduce the problem?
1.Just start the game and wait for the title.
What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
To play the game music and game sound Ok.
The game emits some noise that's almost impossible to hear the game music
or sounds (they're still there, mixed with the noise)
What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
Dolphin x64 r4825, Windows 7 x64
Please provide any additional information below.
I tried with HLE, LLE, OpenAL, DSound, all other configurations related to
sound, and the game emits the same output.

What audio fix?
RE0 Audio Hack you mean?
If so, then it doesn't help.
