closedOpenGL usage crashes Dolphin on 2nd game load

Description
What steps will reproduce the problem?
- Make sure you use the OpenGL plugin and load a random game.
- Now stop the game load a 2nd one.
- Dolphin will now crash fully leaving an 'exceptioninfo.txt' behind.
What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
Like the D3D plugin, Dolphin should stay active.
What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
Dolphin R4900 on a Windows XP 32bits system
using a GeForce GTX285.
Please provide any additional information below.
It's hard to track down if this issue is a duplicate (even with
the search function). Using the D3D plugin doesn't make Dolphin
crash no matter how many games you load. So this is clearly an
OpenGL issue. When testing lots of games in OpenGL mode, you can
imagine this is quite tedious. Also, this is a very long standing
issue on my end.

The 'exceptioninfo.txt' used to leave other crash addresses behind but nowadays, I'm
-always- getting the following:
Unhandled Exception
Code: 0xC0000005
Call stack info:
0x0EF84BE1 : ?
0x80405004 : ?
