Description

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1.Start a game in full-screen using the opengl plugin.
2.Try to press Alt-Tab to get access to the main window.
3.Notice that either you cant or you only see a mouse pointer.
4.Stop the game.
5.Notice that now your Areo theme is turned off until you close Dolphin.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
I expect to be able to Alt-Tab when using full-screen
and i expect that Dolphin would not disable my Aero theme.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
r4915 on Windows 7 x64

Please provide any additional information below.
This issue does only happen when using the opengl plugin, when using the
directx plugin this issue does not happen. This issue does also not happen
in r4907
I think that the issue with the off-switching of the Areo theme and the
issue with the Alt-Tab may be related...

Indeed, fullscreen with OGL disables aero when the window is active. However, alt-tab
works fine for me, and once the render window is not active, aero is re-enabled.

Still an issue...but I don't know how to fix it :(

For me full-screen with OGL disables Aero until i close the emulator.
What i could find my Alt-Tab problem seems to be dependent on the Aero problem, when
Areo gets disabled, i cant Alt-Tab. But that may be depending on computer
configuration, firewall and such. So that may just be for me.

Well anyway, Issue is that full-screen with OGL disables Areo.
I did some trial and error and found out:
r4909 : Areo works as it should.
r4910 : Aero gets disabled.

Conclusion:
Something in r4910 disabled Aero.

I can't reproduce this, Aero is still active when running a game with OpenGL (no
matter if i render-to-main or not, maximize/resize/fullscreen or not).
For the very first time running a Game with OpenGL, the Taskbar does flash as if it
was switching to Basic, but it remains Aero after the flash.
Any particular settings over there?

I can report that the issue still exists in r5073 ...
I have tracked the issue down to something in the opengl plug-in (if i replace the
current opengl plug-in dll with the one of the r4909, i do not have the Aero
problem)... so the cause most probably is somewhere in the opengl plugin...
