What steps will reproduce the problem?
1.start netplay
2.host or join
3.start the game

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?

the game starts, it seems to work but after about half a minute or earlier
the game desyncs always and the enemy keeps falling from the plattform.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
version 4961 on windows xp

Please provide any additional information below.

gtx 280 oc, q9550 @3,7 , 4gb ram the game runs perfectly smooth and 4 times faster
without frame limit. shouldnt be the problem and my mate im playing with has a similar pc

Most likely a problem with netplay as it is quite unstable and can get quite slow
when playing games.

yes thats probably it. tho there should be a way to fix that right? i mean ssb64 has
netplay aswell and its kaillera. this one has quite no desyncs. i wanna play melee
with friends desyncless :)

ive just tried again. the game is very slow although its perfect speed offline for me
and my partner. it freezes very soon in the menu !

hey guyyys !! can u make this issue high priority please !!!! I CANT WAIT ANYLONGER
:(((((((((((( im waiting for this so long now, u dont know how i feel and the
european smash community aswell :((( pleeeeeaaaase get this netplay to work without
desync probs i want melee online !!! T_T
we all know that it is possible there must just be someone who fixes this :(
