A hotkey that turns off framelimit and audio throttle while its hold would
be nice.

I vote for toggle. There are a LOT of BIG unskippable videos in Wii games ...

If the audio throttle is enabled, TAB will speed up the emulation. If the framelimiter is enabled, the speed up button has not been coded yet and is the reason why this issue is still open.

Can you change the throttle button to not be tab? I use an xbox 360 controller for the gamecube emulator and I'd like to be able to make the left shoulder button be the throttle button so i dont have to switch beween keyboard and paddle all the time.

tab doesn't work in version I have. sry dont know which one I have
audio throttle is on!
