WBFS partition and file support

Description
It would be great to mount WBFS partitions and support/load the wbfs file
format(.wii) in Dolphin.
It's often quite often, but to play games located on a wbfs partition, you
have to extract those first and convert them to a image standard like .iso
WBFS is open source, so theres no need to create it from scratch.

I would like to add my opinion to this.
I love playing wii games but like he said it would be great to read a WBFS partition.
I've all games on that for my original Wii, so it would be nice if Dolhpin can read it too.
