DX9 Pictograph pics are black again...

What steps will reproduce the problem?
- Try to take a color picture with the pictograph in Legend of Zelda the
Windwaker in revision 4984+
What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
It is supposed to take a pic of what you see through the viewfinder. Now it
is just black.
What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
I'm using the Dx9 Plugin on Windows Vista Business. I have tested this on
the following revisions:
Picture taking worked: 4965,4970,4971,4977,4983
Picture taking did not work: 4984,4985,4986,4988
Please provide any additional information below.
I'm not sure what changed in revision 4984, but something made the pictures
appear black instead of the various colors.
Note: this is not the same issue as http://code.google.com/p/dolphin-
emu/issues/detail?id=2169. Taking the pics in that issue is not the
problem, the problem is reading the subjects of the pictures correctly.
They are not related bc that issue existed before it started taking black
pics.

Alright, found out what fixes it. for some reason, using the new hotkey "5" to set EFB
copy to RAM enables you to take pics.
Ummm... How does one mark an issue as solved? Can I delete this issue? (Since it was
just an issue of somehow having the wrong settings?)
