Description
What steps will reproduce the problem?
Method 1)
1.Start up Okami with Safe Texture Cache On
2.Dolphin fails to render the world (will render menus, etc...)
Method 2)
1.Start up Okami with Safe Texture Cache Off
2.Dolphin renders the world however the text is defective (see screens)
What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
The expected output is a completely rendered world with no text artifacts.
The following occurs,
1)STC Off: http://img237.imageshack.us/img237/3816/stcoff.png
2)STC On: http://img189.imageshack.us/img189/6730/stcon.png
*Both images are taken at the exact same moment in game, only thing
different is Safe Texture Cache being on or off.
What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
Revision 5018, Windows 7 x64.

As far as I remember, this issue didn't happen on older revisions (earlier than r5000)

I just checked r6552, and I can confirm the bug is still there.

Just checked r6676 and bug is gone. With "Safe Texture Cache" on, both text and graphics show properly. Possibly from the implementation of "pixel data reinterpretation on EFB format change" in r6669.

I just checked r7375 and the bug is again here, but all goes fine with r6676. May be a regression? I´m using dx9. I can´t determine which rev is causing the problem...

Issue no longer relevant, at least on Hashless branch

There's no longer STC Off in the emu, and game requires EFB to RAM to be rendered correctly, if using Just Virtual Copies without RAM, it will be EFB issue on screen, but not blackscreen at all
so why even keeping this one, issue is absolutely irrelevant now, on current builds
