Games freezing after 2~3 minutes of gameplay

Description
What steps will reproduce the problem?
- Load Wii Play
- Play any minigame
- Game freezes afeter 2~3 minutes
I thought it had something to do with WiiMote, because on earlier revisions,
just the WiiMote froze, the game kept going... Now the sound keeps going but
the video freezes (0 FPS). But it happens using either Real or Emulated
Wiimote...
Using r5027. It freezes on JIT or JITIL, D3D or OpenGL...

@LexLight5: Thanks, but I'm reporting it so someone maybe have a fix for it. If I want
to play it so badly, I'll probably use an older rev ;-)

it happens in wii music too but not in wii sports.

I can also confirm that on newer revisions, running the game in single core mode
works, but dual doesn't.
