Description

I was wondering if you guys could allow the selected number on the
frameskip to be saved so we do not have to select it everytime the emulator
starts up. I always set the frameskip to 1 and it would be nice if it was
saved so I wouldn't have to set it everytime.

it would be very welcome for me, too!
since i play dolphin on my htpc without keyboard/mouse, i had no chance to change the
Frameskipping Level.
so please add it!

To me, this issue is valid.
In r6546 (Windows x86), if I change the Emulation->Frame Skipping value to something other than 0, then that value will be set back to 0 after I close/reopen Dolphin. I can reproduce this issue even without a game launched.

I saw a "FrameLimit = 1" value in the Dolphin.ini file, but no FrameSkip setting. I guess this feature is unimplemented yet...

Frameskpping is not a saved option, the point is to make it one.

Adding the option per game via the game properties would be better IMO.

Frame skip is not saved in the current revisions. It reverts to zero on starting again.
