Description

I believe that it would be much appreciated to have an option to disable
screen saver while a game is running.

It's not fixed. I'm using the latest revision in Windows 7 Ultimate x64. My Windows screensaver is set to none, which basically means it just kicks to the locked user screen after an hour. When I'm playing on Dolphin, every hour I get kicked to that screen and have to re-enter my Windows password to log back in. Then I have to minimize Dolphin and restore it, otherwise the game's display will be frozen.

I don't want to have to mess with my power management settings just to play an emulator. Could you guys please fix this? Most other emulators out there do not suffer this problem because they include an option (usually enabled by default) to disable the power management stuff (including screensaver) while a game is running.

This is extremely annoying. It should NOT be marked as "fixed" because it's clearly not.
