I can't reproduce that, is there an error saving the ini, or does it simply not work?

Actions #2

it is simply no work. there is no error message.
(when I finish configuration and press ok, configuration for resolution back to
default value.)
at build 5095, I can still change resolution but for dolphin GCpad plugin already
have problem.

The configuration isn't saved at the .ini. But only for the analog axes of my joypad
(analog 1 and 2). Changing the .ini file manualy works though to fix it for the moment.

I can confirm this issue (in linux). If I open the OpenGL configuration dialog, no
matter what is in the ini file it is set to the maximum resolution for fullscreen and
windowed modes. However, the resolution that is used is the resolution in
gfx_opengl.ini. If you change the resolution from the dialog the setting is not
saved to the file either.

Does this have something to do with Sonics changes to wxChoice boxes?

I just reverted Sonics changes in revision 5108 (locally), and it fixed the problem.
