Endless Ocean 2 "Unknown device" error

Description
What steps will reproduce the problem?
- Start Endless Ocean 2 (NTSC) using any settings.
- You will get an error message.
What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
When you start Endless Ocean 2 NTSC, you get the error message "Unknown
device: /dev/usb/oh0/57e/308". If you press OK, you can continue to play
fine (provided Copy EFB to RAM is enabled).
What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
Used rev5118, but also tried several other 5000 revisions and r4900 and the
error message occurs on all (and under all settings).
Please provide any additional information below.
It doesn't break anything and is easily bypassed, but I thought that it was
an error worth noting. As an aside, the game crashes with a invalid memory
read error unless EFB Copy to RAM is enabled. I do not know if this is
present on the EUR and JAP versions of the game.

I forgot to mention it but as soon as you get the error any real Wiimotes connected
become disconnected and fail to connect afterwards.
