What steps will reproduce the problem?

1. Pair real wiimote
2. Play game

after that the game will take long time to recognize the wiimote. Dolphin
say "connecting..." for many minutes.

after connected, the wiimote will not shot #1 light. it will randomly show
as player 2 3 or 4.

This make me can show "home menu" but can't press any button on single-
player game

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
R 5150, windows 7 64bit

Please provide any additional information below.

if playing multiplayer game likr Wii Sports, the wiimote can be used but
will asking to reconnect at random times and the input become laggy.
