What steps will reproduce the problem?
1.Go to Fullscreen Mode
2.Try to exit fullscreen mode
What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
Instead of exiting Fullscreen properly when Escape is hit, it just freezes
and must be exited via task manager.
What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
Dolphin 2.0 RC, from download page

Sorry for not specifying OS, it's Windows XP 32bit

Just checked other issue: is R5219 one of the Dolphin 2m0 releases?

press ALT+ENTER and than close the windows by pressing the X on the window in the
newest r5243.
The ESC button is only for pause the game.
